Need a remote control session?  Want to conduct a remote meeting? Depending upon what you need, there are a couple of tools you can use:  Remote Desktop Connection or TeamViewer.    TeamViewer can be a better option for those wishing to share their screen.  It can also be the best option for remote help sessions.  If you do not have TeamViewer installed, follow the appropriate link below.   The Quick Support  is for those one-time quick fixes;  the Host will run in the background and allow unattended access.
